Weight Loss Training Exercise Program

Weight training - Weight training is a form of exercise for developing the strength and size of skeletal muscles. It is a common type of resistance training, which is one form of strength training.
Training to failure - In weight training, training to failure is to repeat an exercise movement (such as the bench press) to the point of momentary muscular failure. Contrary to widespread belief, this is not the point at which the individual thinks they cannot complete any more repetitions, but rather the first repetition that fails due to inadequate muscular strength.
Circuit training - Circuit training is a form of group gym exercise in which strenght exercises are combined with endurance exercises. A number of stations will be positioned around the gym, which may be weight exercises, squat thrusts, pushups, burpees, star jumps, sit-ups or other exercises.
Rowing exercise - In strength training, rowing (or a row, usually preceded by a qualifying adjective — for instance a seated row) is a form of muscular resistance training exercise that shares many characteristics of rowing a boat without involving water or a boat. When done as a weight-lifting exercise, its purpose is to exercise the muscles that draw the rower's arms toward the body (latissimus dorsi) and those that support the spine (erector spinae).
